Can anyone tell me why the restrictions I have on my son’s broadband using devices never work properly. It’s set to go off at 11pm tonight but the devices are offline at the moment. Is it down to the app being unavailable at the moment. I can’t get in to check.
Surely any software provider would arrange their downtime away from peak usage times?
