Replying to an email

I am replying to an email received from Shelly on Sat 4/4/26 regarding my landline handsets as shown below:

I can confirm that I managed to make the original handsets work properly by pairing them to the hub. I cancelled the order for the new handsets by phone later on the same day as my conversation with Shelly - Monday 30/3/26. However, they still turned up in the post on Wednesday 1/4/26. I rang back and was advised I could keep them as Shelly had agreed I would not have to pay for them anyway. If anyone needs to talk to me about this please call on my landline .
