I am trying to replace my EE smart hub with a pair of DECO S7 units.
I have FTTP, so want to connect the DECO to the ONT

On the DECO app, it’s asks for my broadband username and password - where can I get this from?

@XRaySpeX ???

You may use either as long as you get the pwds right to go with them.

If the EE Username is PRODUCTIONHQNUN*********@FS, its pwd is HQNPASS********* . The BT pwd is BT.

URGENT: Obscure the digits in your EE Username PRODUCTIONHQNUN*********@fs from this public site.

@khmatheson   have a look at this Help page, it should have everything you need, but shout up if you need more info.

@khmatheson   you can use either. Do you have the password for the PRODUCTION username?

There is a help desk page that helps you work it out, and is a shortened version of the username, but not sure where they moved it to!
