Mesh and FTTC.

I have EE smarthub and wondered if I can change and use a TP-Link Deco X60 AX3000. My broadband is at one end of the house and  does not travel well to the other.

Looking at this as would give whole home coverage.

My issue is I am reading conflicting posts to whether this can be done. Some say you have to switch wifi off on the hub. If I do this and have an issue I cannot reconnect. Bad 4g signal I'm afraid.

Can someone guide me in an idiots guide. As being a thick. Sorry

You should be able to use any Mesh system with the EE Smart Hub (except EE's own Smart Discs).

It's your choice whether you leave the SH's Wireless enabled or not. If you do you can run it as 2 separate WiFi networks or make them the same as each other.
