I have just  moved to new EE full fibre and when I plug in myTP Link mesh my broadband is worse.. I see 3 bars on mesh but speed in house drops to <100mps and apps are slow to open etc…  The real router has only 2 bars but app performance is better than the  mesh…

Any idea when this is?  Odd as a mesh is supposed to enhance  broadband…

@Khughes2711 : A mesh is not supposed to enhance  broadband but to spread the WiFi further in the home but not necessarily at great speeds.

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP
Thanks that’s helpful but even though I see 2 bars on mesh (noting your speed comments) the mesh is giving me almost no performance, it did when I was with Sky broadband which is why I am confused
Thanks
