If you have returned your kit and it has still not been received by EE (or acknowledged as received) then I would call customer service with your tracking information and they will sort it out.
There also could be reasons on Royal Mails end where it has been sent by them but not received at the other end - the tracking is your proof you have done your part.

I have just received a 'Reminder To Return Your Kit' eMail, despite having already had a 'Thank You For Sending Your Kit' eMail on 06/06/2026, yet the eMail is a 'No Reply' one so is not possible to reply to it.
In this day & age how is it that any business cannot be contacted by eMail - Particularly an Internet Provider. Could it be because they know they'll get inundated with complaints about poor service, which is why I left EE in the first place.
One caveat, however, on the occasions I've had to call, the Customer Service advisors have been impeccable.

Hi @FourPart
Welcome to he community and thank you for explaining it has now been confirmed as received too.
It might be worth Contacting EE just to get some clarity on this, the guides will be able to take a look at what is happening on your account and put your mind at ease.
Thanks
Ritu
