Hi!
Back at the end of July we paid EE a heft £513.61 early termination fee due to selling our house 6 months after signing into a 24 month deal.
We couldn't process a home move straight away as there's been a 2 month period between us selling and us buying our new place. We're now about to complete on our next property and I was told by EE that the ETF would be refunded if I came back to them within 3 months.
However, my old deal was Full Fibre Max 100 but the best I can get at the new property is Fibre Plus - would I still be entitled to the refunded early termination fee eventhough they are slightly different products?

@hkl1991 you wou;d need to ask the question to the Bradband Care Team when you call them to place your order.

@hkl1991 Yes, it isn’t your fault that EE can not offer what you once had.

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your new addy? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your addy.

Yes, that confirms that the best you can get there is EE Fibre Plus (VDSL) with speeds up to 80 Meg.
