Last Wednesday have Appointment enger i am all day home wait wait wait enginer not coming. Yesterday i am call costumer sevice 6 times after new Appointment next 20 days horribill company. I am thinking cancelled my contcract.

I take it, this is for broadband? This would be down to Open Reach not being able to keep the appointment, as it is Open Reach, who deal with setting up broadband, but EE have to place an order with Open Reach.
What is the reason for needing the appointment?
Just to add this is not customer service, but a public forum.
