Regarding the CBT problem ( Compass Industrial Park )

Cem22
Investigator
Investigator

The engineer attended site today and confirmed that there are no lights showing on any ports at the CBT, indicating a likely network-side fault. As a result, all users at Compass Industrial Park are currently without service and the issue is impacting the entire site.

Given the widespread outage affecting multiple customers, we kindly request that this matter be escalated as a priority and that an urgent engineering investigation is arranged. Service restoration is required as soon as possible, as the ongoing disruption is having a significant impact on business operations across the park.

Please provide an update on the escalation and the expected timescale for resolution at your earliest convenience.

@Cem22 Why are you posting here, do you not have contact with EE Business?

Yes, I have already contacted EE Business. However, I am posting here because I would like this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.

The outage is affecting all users at Compass Industrial Park and is causing significant disruption. I would appreciate any assistance in ensuring that this matter is treated as a priority.

@Cem22 This Forum site is NOT EE customer service, so your request goes no further than what you have wrote!

This peer user discussion group is not the correct platform for escalating faults in EE systems for EE to fix nor for issuing updates upon them. You still need to report it to CS individually & they will escalate it up the chain. Nor will posting here speed things up 1 iota. We can only offer advice & help!
