Refusing to pay switch offer!

Have moved from sky to EE for TV and broadband. Only done it because of the switch offer that I was offefened over the phone while getting a new phone contract. 

Refusing to accept the wording on my final sky bill! Even tho it clearly shows I payed 293 pound! To switch. Claiming they need it wondered differently! Sky aren't going to change there wording! 

Anyone else had this problem?? Or no how to resolve it! Wouldn't of changed without the offer. Taking the absolute mick!

@Brad2693 Not made easy by the switch team. I would point out the highlighted as from what they say and a sample also from a previous bill to determine WHAT was not anything extra on the claim!

The attached bill must show:

  • your name and address - this must match your EE account
  • a breakdown of the early termination or one-off charges

Same problem off three 278 final bill switch team says wrong information I’ll be cancelling my phone and broadband at the end of contract as I’ve been scammed

@Syd16 Are you just changed over and still within your cooling off period, or is it all to late now?
