Solid red light on my parents EE broadband for 2 days (been restarted and reset several times)
Tests to the diagnostics bot say incident in local area (nothing I am aware of!) and a date 24hours ago for resolution 🙄 elderly parents who rely on internet for food and medication orders.
I can't be at the address until Wednesday. Parents not confident to phone EE themselves.
Any suggestions?

@Howard1692 Do you happen to know what type of broadband they have fttc/fttp, if later is the ONT modem red also? And from the help should you need it.
