Recent upgrade to EE Wifi 7 - Smart Wifi PRO will not pair

Trying to pair wifi pro with smart hub pro

With wired connection the wifi pro give solid aqua light - but is not visible in the "my network" nor paired accorinding the ee app

remove ethernet connection and back to flashing orange.

did a factory reset and was able to starting pairing with ee app, got as far as flashing aqua, left is overnight, still flashing aqua this morning and still not paired.

I have gone from poor wifi signal in my home office, was encouraged in store to upgrade to wifi 7 and now I have no wifi in my home office.

Seems next to impossible to get help from directly from EE.

so any help from the community much appreciated.

Hi JimM11 and everyone who has been very helpful on my issues with my Smart hub Pro and Extender(s) pro.

To cut this 3 months of trying to get the hub and extenders to stay connected, 2 free unsuccessful  engineer visits where the extenders disconnected within hours of them changing settings/channels on the hub manager for various wifi frequencies and leaving site and saying it should all work fine now. 

I have tried so many locations to place the extenders, even in the same room and they still disconnect ( flashing Aqua ), EE app showing too close, then later, good signal even though not moving the extender.

Every morning after setting them up the day before the extender would be flashing Aqua and disconnected from both the App and Hub Manager. EE technical have not been able to explain why this happens.

Early this month after the last EE home Tech expert visit and the the extender started to flash again within hours of them leaving I called EE to cancel my Smart pro system and wanting to go back to what I had before as it didn't do  "what it states on the tin"

The Pro system has all gone back and I now have a Smart Wif7 Plus system  that has been working ever since it arrived.

Thank you everyone that has had a lot of patience helping me get this sorted.

@Philipos The Pro High speed backhaul did just not like your home environment, where as the Plus does not have that and looks well more suited in operation, they do say sugar happens from time to time!
