I’m still waiting to get broadband connection as a new customer . Will take the best part of a month to be connected . In fairness to EE they have given us free unlimited data to use as hotspot which regularly drops out. I hope this isn’t an omen of things to come ! 😂

I tried to contact them yesterday but unfortunately it was over txt message but after hours. So far incredibly from the time I put my order in on the 5th September I’ve been told that it will be the end of September the earliest that an Oprenreach engineer can get to the green box at the end of my street to turn a switch on. Absolutely incredible that these processes can’t be sped up. We have no broadband till then. Can’t fathom how things are unjoined up in this day and age 🤦‍♂️
