I have been with EE broadband for 9 years found out when I movers into my new house neighbour has been using my broadband using the service without my knowledge since April 2023 / April 2024 only found out as lone test was carried out hard to prove neighbour wax at fault but specialists suspect this tec term used is a bridge gap . Line now being disconnected moving supplier and new installation to take place will be interesting to find out how Ee compansatw me for this I see this is fraud hope they get the person and prosecute my recommendation to any customer test your line regularly rate this happens but we have been amazing to support me

@Markie2022 : A neighbour can only use your BB if at some time you gave them your WiFi pwd or you let them inspect the label of your router when visiting. There is no fraud involved, nor are EE in any way responsible.
