I would like to cancel my ee broadband as I’m with bt now thanks as it’s cheaper

@Sukey123 : Have you moved to or from FTTP (Fast Fibre) from/to non-FTTP?

If you haven't then your migration of your BB to BT should have auto cancelled your EE BB.
