Hi @Precious21_,

Welcome to the EE Community

Is it the EE public WiFi you are having an issue with? There is a help guide here advising how to access the portal if you have not before. There are also links to reset your password if its not letting you login Help & advice | Find WiFi hotspots | EE WiFi

If  you are still unable to get access contacting the public WiFi team on the details here will be the best bet to sort your access out Contact us | Find WiFi hotspots | EE WiFi

I'm having the same issue. I tried logging into the ee public WiFi but evertine I put my log in details, I'm returned to the log in options. If I choose to log in again, then I'm again return to the log in options. So frustrsting

Hi @William4991

Thanks for coming here.

Does this happen in multiple WiFi spots?

Are you trying to buy access?

Speak soon,

Katie

yes, it happens with all of them. do I have to buy access even if I'm already an EE customer? that's disappointing

@William4991 : Do you have New EE BB? Only they can use EE WiFi for free.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

I've been with ee since 2012 and can't have access to this feature, but anyone who joined last week can? I'm done with ee, it's time to move to a different mobile network

@William4991 : What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed?

I appreciate your interest, but it's alright. I'm just simply moving on from ee. Can't believe I've been giving away my money to a company like this for so long

We certainly don't want you to feel overlooked here, @William4991.

This isn't a case of new customers being prioritised over you - the EE Hotspot network is a rebrand of the existing BT network, which was previously only open to BT customers.

Since the rebrand this has now opened up to new EE Broadband customers, but has never been an option for new or existing mobile customers.

If this were to change we'd be sure to let you know, though.

Peter
