Hello. I would like to inform you that I have exact same issue as you describing. Linked BT broadband week ago to EE and since that everything have delay on beginning of loading.. the suddenly all good.. one game that I play regularly when opening inventory item not loading straight away.. youtube black screen for 5 second or 10 then play normal..
speed is normal as advertised. But it feels delayed.. I am on full fibre 500mb
