Re: Contract end date

I have looked everywhere for my contract end date. On MyEE Plan Summary all it says is I am on a 24 month contract and its Active. Perhaps there is a secret GCHQ code hidden in the text.

Morning @Arivaman

If you log into the My EE app, and select Plan then View your plan details, the contract start and end date will show for you 🙂

Leanne.

My mobile plan has an end date but on my home broadband it just states 24 month and active.

Do I assume home broadband end date is same as mobile?

It should be a lot clearer on home broadband plan section.

Hi @Arivaman

Sorry, the broadband account will not show the end date. The end date for the contract would have been on your welcome email if you no longer have this please call us and the team will be happy to help 🙂

Leanne.

To repeat myself for the nth time.

Why would broadband account not show the end of contract date?

Is it to not remind the customer that they can possibly find another, perhaps better deal elsewhere.

@Arivaman : Unfortunately it doesn't! Your min. contract term date will not be found anywhere in your MyEE for BB. It'll be in or workable out from your Welcome email. If you haven't kept that you will need to call EE to find out.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

@Arivaman  EE will also notify you when you are 30 days from your broadband minimum term date so they are not keeping you from knowing when your contract is nearing its minimum term date.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I agree. Why is it so difficult to find out the end of the contract. It's easily found for a mobile contract and to say it was on the original email, is inexcusable.
