Hi I tried adding my broadband to my EE and it saying it don’t recognise my account number for billing

Could you try typing it in manually, if you were copy and pasting before please? Also, make sure there are no spaces before or after the number.

You are using your BB a/c no., not your mobile 1? They are separate.
