NO WAY ON BROADBAND CAN YOU SEE YOUR CONTRACT START AND END DATE, JUST GOING ROUND IN CIRCLES, OBVIOUSLY EE HIDE IT ON PURPOSE AND MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND THE YOU HAVE TO KEEP PHONING AND WAITING HOURS TO SPEAK TO ANYONE. EVEN THE BILLS DON'T SAY THEM AND WHEN YOU TRY TO RAISE A QUERY YOU HAVE TO GIVE YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER TO LOG AND THIS AGAIN IS HIDDEN FROM EVERYTHING - LET'S HOPE MY CONTRACT HAS EXPIRED AS IT IS BYE BYE EE

@SuzeFawcett : Your min. contract term date will not be found anywhere in your MyEE for BB. It'll be in or workable out from your Welcome email. If you haven't kept that you will need to call EE to find out.

Typing in all capitals on the internet is widely regarded as shouting.

Typing in all caps on paper is usually a ransom demand 😉.

@SuzeFawcett If you can see your bill you can see that account number that’s at the top

not on mine when I download - it's Broadband only and I want to know start and end date and the account number - you would expect all those to be easy to find wouldn't you? but alas no

quite ridiculous and calling EE is a tedious lengthy process, but I guess that is the only way - very sad state of affairs to make it as difficult as possible to establish and move

@SuzeFawcett Funny how all BB bills have the account number at the top when you download them expect you. You’ll be the only one who doesn’t.
