Re: 4g EE mini box keeps turning off

My mini box is the same, it works for 20 mins or so then freezes. It's been like this today, normally it occurs once-twice a day.
My main box doesn't have the issue at all and thats downstairs. My router and mini box are upstairs 1 wall separating which is a dry wall.

@Flake1 : What is your "main box"? Are they both components of EE Home BB?

Yes they are both components of EE Home BB, I have Broadband and TV with EE.

If you are having issues with your 4G Mini box freezing or turning off regularly, I would recommend giving the box a factory reset by pressing down the small pinhole reset button on the back of the box for 5 seconds. If it still continues after that I would recommend getting in touch with our technical team for some further help. Contact Us | Help & Support | EE
