Quidco cash back declined

I took out a contract for EE Broadband via Quidco in January 2023. Cash back has been declined and I can’t raise it as a claim because this isn’t allowed by EE.  I met all the terms and conditions. It was a new new contract and it remains ‘live’. I’ve found a few people saying the same thing. Is it all a scam? Is there anything I can do apart from vote with my feet and leave EE as soon as I can?

@Jellybeanz2   You want to take this up with the promoter of that offer Quidco as they provided you the offer.

I tried that. Quidco blames EE….
