Can't buy xbox bundle

Every time I attempt to pay the upfront payment and add the rest to my mobile bill it reverts back to the payment screen or either says my cards declined. Impossible!

Could you try doing this on a different device or browser please? If the same thing happens, it would be worth speaking with our Customer Support team so they can look into it and help you get your order put through.
