You cancelled my games pass on 26-03-25, as we are no longer with you (New EE), but you have not cancelled it as it is still live, and when speaking to Xbox, it was cancelled on 04-09-25. I have tried to speak to 150 10 times but because my account is closed as we are no long with you.

Are you still being billed for it? I can see from your other post that you have a complaint open. Did you include this within your complaint?

If you call us on 0800 956 6000, no EE number will be needed to speak to a guide. Once a guide is available, they will get the Game Pass subscription looked into for you and see what they can do to help 🙂
