Question about the power supply to my Hub please.

I need to disconnect the power to my hub for a few seconds. ( one minute max) I am concerned/scared in case it doesn't start again as I depend on it.

How likely is it to reconnect and work as it is doing currently please?

I have fibre to the premises and the hub is about 9 months old.

I tried to ask by phoning EE but just got diverted to an automatic text based system.

Thank you

Marg, I had to fit a new downstairs socket yesterday so that meant turning the power off that circuit, which includes the router. Turned power back on after and the router re-connected fine, as I expected it to do.

Should be no problem. If there is, come back here some other way, maybe a phone on 4/5G if you have one, or a neighbour.

It will connect up again almost immediately as long as you don't keep doing it frequently.
