Public hotspot

I purchased a public hotspot plan with EE. I can't log into half of my devices, sometimes the hotspot appears then disappears. When I can login it logs me out so I have to redo it. I would like a REFUND please I paid £39 just so I could work from home until my wifi is installed.

@Jordan247952 But where is the location of the nearest hotspot that you are trying to connect too. This has to be close to your home for the purchase that you made, there is a location finder for where the Hotspots are.

@Jordan247952   you can get assistance by following the details in the EE WiFi Help pages.

https://ee-wifi.ee.co.uk/public/ee/contact/index.htm

There is no one with account access here, so you will need to follow the link above.

However the service is not a replacement for traditional broadband, and access depends on suitable coverage in your area. The site even has a coverage checker so you can see if there is a node nearby..

The terms and conditions describe the service in more detail, alas this site will not le me post them.
