Hello,
I have just upgraded to the smart hub pro and i can't seem to connect my PS5, it is showing the slow signal fault, all other devices are fine.
Any ideas?
Cheers

Hi @Potter002

Thanks

@Potter002 - I don't have one, but I think there's an option in the PS5 settings to fix the 'frequency' that's being used. Does it help if you explicitly select 5Ghz? I recall reading something round these parts recently where somebody fixed their PS5 problem by disabling IPv6 on the hub too so that might also be worth trying (note that doing this will interrupt your Internet for 5 mins or so and I'd recommend a reboot of the router afterwards to clear any odd behaviour caused by your connected devices getting confused).

Make sure in your PS5 you set frequency to 5 Ghz in your PS5 Internet settings. I have no issues connecting and get good download speeds wireless.
I've recently had a very frustrating issue where even though I'm wired Cat 6 cable I have been getting poor download speeds of about 20mb to 30mb but found wireless is faster believe it or not.
I disabled IPV 6 in the router advanced settings and this has totally resolved the issue and I am getting the correct download speeds now wired at last.
For anyone else having this issue do the above...I tried diffrent cables...ONT reset...router reset...changing router ports...Google servers etc.
