I may stating the obvious but EE are useless. They will not update there apps to work with the new smart plus routers and smart wifi devices. What is the point of complaining to EE, you get nowhere. CS are a complete waste of time. Even the CST can't help you. They say EE are best product for 11+ years. They must be paying customers to give them a good rating. I am totally fed up with EE. I can't wait for for my contract to end. Good luck if you are an EE customer hope you don't have any issues.

Yes, EE gives customers the new smart hub, which you can not use with the EE home app. The Home app will not connect to the smart hub, has alot of people have stated. Why won't EE fix the app to stop people complaining. I've used the hub manager, also, you can not add the smart wifi extender. The router does recognise the smart wifi extender but you can't add it using the hub manager. Anyway has I indicated a waste of time.

@dave3497 : That's right! The EE Home app doesn't work with the black EE SH+. It wasn't meant to. It was intended for the white EE Smart Router.

Hi, I use the ee app for my mobile stuff. I can't use the ee app for the broadband it will not let me. I've tried to link my broadband ac, but again, I have tried to link it through add number et al. No joy. I refuse to contact EE I lose the will to live talking to them and nowhere.

@dave3497 : The EE app you use your phone is also intended for New EE BB using the EE SH+ router.
You started on this thread about the EE Home app which is inappropriate for the router you have. I'm just trying to steer you onto the right path!

Hi, thank you for your guidance and I appreciate your input. I have both the new SH+ and SHwifi+. I fully understand looking at other EE threads the EE home app does not work with the new products. I can't even access the BB on my ee app, it just displays ads. I am unable to connect/link my BB to the my ee account. It's not playing ball.
