If you're having trouble with the link, I'd recommend giving us a call, so that one of our guides can re-arrange the appointment for you.
You can dial 150 from an EE phone, or 0800 079 8586 from any other phone.

Sorry Chris but I am coming away from Vodafone. I still have their SIM card and there is no signal where I am! Having to help a friend who is very ill. They were coming to sort TV and WiFi out tomorrow . Why can’t I just email you or have live chat like Vodafone does?
I have tried the link for the last 48hrs and it just states there is a technical issue. I don’t want to get charged for a wasted visit.
