Anyone else having trouble with accessing their account details via the app ? When I try, it tells me "there is mismatch with billing details " and to call EE !! But no one seems to be able to sort it .. just tell me to wait. My account has recently transitioned from BT .. so cannot see why any billing details would have changed .. does not bode well for the future if they cannot fix basic account data issues .

@KMO06 Billing details may have changed to EE if they are taking the Direct Debit, call EE CS and see if they can sort out the account issues that you have.
