Is anyone else being told by EE that they are unable to ship additional Pro 7 extenders because of Data Integrity issues with their system?

@JamesM04 How many extra are you looking for?

Only need one. And I'm eligible for 2 under my current EE contract, yet EE have been unable to fulfil on this promise for over a month. Only my last call yesterday they fed me the line that their systems have a problem and they can't send any out.
Thanks for the link by the way. Not prepared to fork out £90 for more kit. Likely to be cancelling my EE contract today and move to Vodafone or Sky as I am a customer of both. They surely cannot be a big a JOKE as EE have demonstrated themselves to be

Hi @JamesM04.
I'm sorry to hear this was your experience. We certainly don't want you to leave as a result.
If you speak to our guides again, they can open a complaint and should be able to look into this further for you to work to a resolution.
Alternatively, you can raise a complaint online, and a member of our dedicated team will come back to you.

Already raised written a complaint via EE portal over a week ago. No response.
Every agent I speak to I get different information. Some of that has turned out to be outright lies.
Today I called to cancel my account with EE. They have promised to finally get the extender to me by tomorrow. If they don’t I’ve told them I am leaving.
I have already determined that I can get a comparable setup from both Vodafone and Sky. The latter is significantly cheaper.
EEs customer service is a shambles. Nothing is integrated. Constantly having to repeat myself. Promises made and unfulfilled. I’ve never experienced anything like it.
