Poor customer service

SimonRWright
Visitor

I had EE broadband installed just under a fortnight ago and since then have had no landline phone nor wifi calling nor the EE TV package working.  I have been told there is a fault on the line and also that the line is not faulty.  I have been told that someone just needs to push a button somewhere.  I have had appointments made for engineer visits cancelled without my knowledge and appointments promised and not confirmed.  When I asked if someone could look at the notes on my account I was told that the notes were about as useful as a chocolate fireguard.   I spoke to a 'Guide' this morning who told me that the whole thing had been a cockup from beginning to end and that he would ring me back in half an hour.  That was 5 hours ago.  Is this normal for EE?  What have I signed up to???

@SimonRWright   clearly it is not normal, but this is not customer services, and no one has account access hence no idea what has happened.

You could raise a formal complaint, or contact Customer Services for more info.
