We changed from virgin to EE several months ago.We changed from virgin to EE several months ago. The hardwired Internet speed is good, but the Wi-Fi connectivity is terrible. Some devices only connecting intermittently, many devices don’t connect at all and Wi-Fi calling is virtually impossible. Is this a known problem with EE and does anybody have a solution? Other than move back to Virgin!

@Sunnyjellyfish I don’t have these issues. Can you relocate the router to a different location? Have you tried switching it off for 30+ seconds and then restarting it ?

Thanks Chris, Switched on and off multiple times, reset the whole thing. The poor connectivity is the same even when you are standing right next to the HUB.
