Ping Optimiser within WiFi Enhancer hangs

I've signed up for the WiFi Enhancer, Steps 1 and 2 clicks through fine, but when I get to the "Checking your ping..." step it hangs forever.  I've not managed to "optimise my ping"

I've rebooted the hub, and the extenders and the phone and deleted and reinstalled the app - is this WiFi enhancer worth  the £5 extra really???  I'm already paying a fortune for FF broadband having moved over from BT thinking the grass was greener on the other side - but it's really not.  The app is clunky, accessing the router stats and checking it is clunky - all in all I was better off with BT

Any advise / info would be helpful!

@TheSpudman Hopefully one of the other posters with experience or using this feature will be able to help, there was a lot of trouble getting it to work on the app, which i believe is now fixed but may not be. May be worth your while searching the forum and reaching out to some off those using or having trouble like yourself, if not EE CS tech support would be your best calling option.

Bump!  I take it no one else in having similar issues?  I've restarted the hub, removed and reinstalled the EE app, cleared the cache - still hangs!

@TheSpudman If no one reads the post that has the issue then no response, will not be many using the feature, did you manage to search or reach out to similar posters like yourself with the feature, or get tech support?
