Recently changed over to EE from BT in the hope to lower payments....paid my BT bill of £110 to 3 days later be charged a further £81 . This was not advised at time of transfer.

Also the broadband has been awful since changeover too. Despite the multi room devices to help with connection throughoit our home.

Im considering cancelling service and going to a new supplier before cancellation fees kick in.

Can anyone advise if they have had similar experiences and if they recommend alternative suppliers

@A75     So your issue isn’t the broadband  it’s the  WiFi connection to the router/repeater.   Have you tried relocating the router as electronic devices can cause interference with Wi-Fi signals. Have you tried just turning the router off for 30+ seconds and then restarting it?

You’re not really gonna get a recommendation on a EE network forum for a different broadband provider as they wouldn’t be here as this is for EE not some other ISP.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@A75 : You should not have to pay BT exit fees if you've been moved from BT to EE for your BB.
