Hi my broadband bill is over £41, I have been off work and I am currently on SSP. I need this bill reduced became I am unable to pay so much until December. I have reported my circumstances to Step up debit call line. My reference number is 4443088. I have been with EE for over 10 years. I hope that there is something you can help me with, if not could you please cancel my subscription. Regards

@amandabentley : If you're having difficulty paying your bill you need to contact CS urgently to come to a repayment arrangement - see Help if you can't pay your bill

There is no access to individual customer accounts on this public internet forum, neither should you post personal details for the same reason.
You need to contact EE CS ASAP to discuss your circumstances.
