Payment of previous broadband early cancellation fee

Hi, 

I’ve recently moved over to EE Broadband from Vodafone, I was going to incur early termination fees from Vodafone however I was told on the phone that these charges would be covered, I also have this in an email.

i now have a bill from Vodafone for early termination… anyone else experienced this and if so did it get resolved?

It’s the full fibre 150 essentials, I was in email contact with an EE rep who is now not responding, going to have to brace myself for an extended phone call I think..

EE does not reimburse leaving fees from your old ISP for New EE BB plans such as you've ordered.
