Paying Broadband to EE and BT

SOOTY8
Explorer

I have just realised I am paying BT for broadband and landline (now about £50 per month) but I am also paying EE £48.34 pm as well as £21 for 2 SIM only mobile phones. I do not know what the £48.34 is for.

Morning @SOOTY8

Thanks for coming to the community.

I would suggest giving us a call on 150, and the team will check what accounts we have active for you and what the direct debit is for.

Let us know how you get on 🙂

How did you go about changing from BT to EE?

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP
I didn't, I've always been with EE formerly Orange. I seem to remember
ringing to order a new router last year and THE EE number took me to BT
where I was told BT now own EE. Therefore, I thought I was talking to my
provider. I will TRY to ring customer services of both later this week.
