EE diagnosed hub fault as I had no internet connection hard wired or wifi. Have a smart hybrid but does not help as will not connect to hub. Awaiting delivery of new hub.

Thanks for coming to the community.
I know how frustrating it is not to have a connection, but I'm glad to hear that another hub is being arranged for you.
Please keep us posted on how it goes when that arrives.

@Iggsy469 Important to check that the smart hybrid is picking up from time to time, so you do not get stuck like this again, if the router is gone does not matter what the hybrid can do, but do test it all out when up and working again.
