Has anyone else "tested " the parental controls on ee wifi and found them essentially useless? I have 2 children in the house and it is a worry. Since moving from BT we have had no end of issues. We'd leave but would be charged for termination of contract!
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hi @kath10010,
Welcome to the Community!
I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with your parental controls, and I can understand your frustration. I'd recommend reaching back out to the team, as we do offer this option. If you would prefer then you can reach out and make a complaint directly with the team.

@kath10010 Have you set them all up again as how you did when with BT, there is a difference on how they both did the same type off control from each other!

If youve set everything up using the MyEE app, with your app correctly recognising your EE Hub instead of the old BT hub (it took a wee while before this was implemented after I got my EE Smart Hub Plus), you should find you can have much more control. What exactly isnt it letting you do?
