I have a Wi-Fi switched fused spur used to control an Aga. I have previously had it linked to my BT router but can not get it to pair with the EE router. I have temporary turned off 5ghz but this has made no difference.
i have managed to pair all other devices to the router
Is there anything I can do to over come this?
Thanks,
lloyd

@Lloydevans You should have someway to factory reset the spur. If you don’t have the manual for the product you will probably find them via a google search.

@Lloydevans As well as temporarily turning the 5Ghz band off, depending on the router it will either have an option to go to WiFi5 or a Mode option - or maybe even both - give them a try.
Let us know how you get on.
