Oredered EEbroadband but no emails received

I ordered a broadband from ee shop a week ago.  The hub is coming in a day.  But no confirmation email of my ee received.

Phoned customer service .  She sent a TEST email from her own EE email which I received.   She said there are a few emails from ee and resent but still not received.

NOTHING in junk or thrash.

@Nazarali50 Is the order for the Broadband Internet showing in your EE account?

Rang customer service.   Awaiting to see if problem solved when I get my router.
