Absolutely fuming placed an order on 28th March spoke to lots of people fobed off every time going to ombudsman tomorrow just been told again coming tomorrow to set everything up

Ombudsman Services only accept individual complaints that have exhausted an internal complaints procedure, reached 8 weeks or are deadlocked - whichever comes first.

Signed my contract 28th March and still not sorted only had to transfer from bt to ee what a joke
