Openreach not turning up again to fit full fibre

I know this is a common problem. But this is now becoming a joke.

1st installation date 1st July, Engineer turned up. Fitted internal cabling, and my new equipment had arrived, so far so good. Engineer then said he couldn't install external cable , from pole to external box at house. As he needs a 2 nd person to operate high lifter and pull cables through a line of trees. Yes ok fully understand,

he would try to come back tomorrow, as I didn't now need to be at home.

Well it's now 24th,  I've had 4 missed appointments and even EE  is not returning my calls when they said they would. So I think I've now had enough and the equipment can go back and I'll go back to my old crap slow download speed that was never above the guarantee speed.old.

It really is less stressful.

Call EE CS on the Freephone no.(Opt 1) in my sig. to make another appointment.

If OR are hitting obstacles installing Full Fibre for EE they are just as likely to with any other OR-based ISP.

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker > Address Checker estimate for your address? Post the whole table, the text below it and the line above it, blanking out your address.

You have a cooling-off period up to 14 days after installation to cancel your order FoC.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
