Good morning.
So, long story short, I recently moved house and the EE move was a disaster as they took down my new house number wrong and ordered it to my neighbour's house. That order is now cancelled but the issue is I'm STILL getting Openreach texts that an engineer is going to come out to install it at my neighbours house. I've called EE time and time again and each time they say "oh looks like it wasn't cancelled on their end but it is now", yet, every time the appointment comes around I keep having to change it to delay it in the hope that I can eventually get it cancelled. I'm trying posting here as calling just yields the same result everytime and I'm fed up with having to call. Please, someone on EE"s staff help me out here. Happy to provide my details if you can just ensure it gets cancelled. Thanks.
