Openreach Engineer

Hi,

I have moved into a rental property and signed up for EE's broadband package. They have arranged for an Openreach engingeer to visit the house to set this up, however there is already an Openreach Wifi port installed inside the house - do I still need the Openreach engineer team to visit or can I install myself once the package from EE arrives?

What is the name of the package you have signed up for? What's this "Openreach Wifi port" look like (post a pix)?
