When you do speak to them, I would mention the online account again @AGB657.

It is something our tech guides can look into, and if they aren't able to get it resolved, they will be able to open a ticket to help to get it working for you.

@AGB657 : Try calling EE CS on the Freephone no.(Opt 1) in my sig. It should be open.
