I have experienced an odd issue where my old BT router that I returned, replaced my new EE hub on the app. The EE smart hub had been set up and parental controls set up and working fine up until a couple of weeks ago. The EE hub is showing now but I have no parental controls and can't access the ones I set up or see my full list of connected devices. Everytime I try to set up again, it takes me through the whole router set up and that I'm already connected and need to change my WiFi settings. I can't see anything to change in my settings. I have rebooted etc and nothing seems to work. Using Samsung Android device for accessing app. Any advice would be appreciated.

Welcome to the community, and happy New Year.
If the parental controls worked in the app previously, it is worth trying to uninstall and reinstall the app to see if that helps at all.
If it doesn't, I'd recommend speaking to our tech guides so they can look into this further for you. They are only available until 4pm today, but will be back to normal opening hours tomorrow.
