Trying to write a complaint on the online form, yet won’t accept my postcode in any format. It’s this intended!

Thanks for reply, in the end I rang them, apparently it’s because my BB is not live, and my post code is not associated with an account, So the system won’t accept a complaint via the e form as a result, bit ironic as I was trying to complain about the total fiasco of my actual BB install and go live in the first place!🤯🤯🤯

I'm having the same problem. It's like somebody decided to reduce online complaints, they'd just disable effective validation on the postcode field in the form. The online complaints stats must look great!
