I am trying to find the online chat on the app but cannot find it. If EE still do online chat can someone send me the link

@Pauliscool1  online chat is for contract customers only, but sometimes the live chat facility doesn’t appear under help within the app.      It doesn’t show for me.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

There is no Live Chat for BB users.
